Sesame Street - Liverpool Soccer theme
.
If your other half loves soccer and Sesame Street… what type of cakes you should get him for his birthday? Sesame Street - Liverpool Soccer theme of course!
Ben is a very fortunate guy as his beloved girlfriend is so thoughtful…. she wanted to surprise him with cupcakes for his 34th birthday with a surprise party. Initially she asked me to do paintball cupcakes as Ben is an avid paintballer. Knowing my skill in modeling human characters on cupcakes still sucks I told her honestly I can’t do it. She was so nice to tell me to use alternate themes instead. So we came up with this soccer and Sesame Street theme as Ben is a all time Liverpool and Sesame Street fancee.

After the party she emailed me and told me Ben was thrilled with the cupcakes and it was a hit with their friends. She even told me that, there was a little girl who celebrated her birthday at the same venue was more interested with Ben’s cupcakes than her own cake! They were so nice to offer 3 of the cupcakes to the little girl.
Thanks Joyce! You really made my day!
Simple Father’s Day Cupcakes
.
On Father’s Day I made some simple cupcakes for the occasion. I bought some really juicy strawberries and blueberries from one of the hypermarkets here and was very surprised they were soooooo sweet! Just nice for dad! We had a heavy dinner so these little cakes were perfect!
I normally do fruity type of cakes for my family as they always taste so good with a tinge of freshness from these fruits…
He loves sea creatures…
.
Besides getting her dad Father’s Day cupcakes, this lovely lady also got her little nephew a dozen too. Knowing her nephew loves sea creatures, I came up with the Nemo theme for her. The little boy was ecstatic when he see these…

For dad who loves golf and fishing
.
If you can’t be with your dad on Father’s Day, sending him little cupcakes could possible make his day. A lovely lady from Perth ordered a dozen of Golf and Fishing cupcakes for her dad who loves these 2 sports on this special day since she can’t be home to celebrate with her dad.

iPhone Princess
.
This mommy and her daughter are very fortunate as they shared the same birth date. On this special day, the mommy’s close buddy who is residing in San Francisco decided to get the mother and daughter some cupcakes to commemorate the special occasion.
The little girl, Emily who is turned 4, loves everything princessy and her mommy is crazy about iphones. Therefore we came about with this idea of an iphone princess. Since I have problems modelling miniature figurines, I decided to do a 7″x7″ round oreo cookies cake so I could place a bigger princess topper. Am I glad I did that.
For the iphone mommy, I did a iphone lookalike but did not put in all the icons instead I wrote ‘Happy Birthday’ on it.

A Arsenal birthday
.
This customer wanted something different from the normal cake cutting for her hubby’s 30th birthday so she decided to surprise him with some cupcakes. And that was not all. Since he was a huge Arsenal fancee, she told me her hubby will be very happy if he can have his favorite team on those cuppies.
And here are those lovely Arsenal cuppies with another imaginary team…

A Princess and Kitties
.A customer requested for some princess cupcakes for her little 4 years old birthday. As I have not been doing a lot of figure modelling… it was a huge challenge for me and I was really challenged when I can’t get the facial right! It was really tough sculpturing the face so in order not to ’spoil’ the beauty of a princess, I have to give up and use a toy instead!
Little Wen Hui loves Princess Aurora of Sleeping Beauty so I came out with the idea of adding the 3 fairies onto the cupcakes. Her mommy requested to have her little girl’s name read out on the cupcakes too so I did just that with lots of little flowers to go with them.
.
.
Little Wen Hui also a huge fancee of Hello Kitty, so her mommy asked me to add some kitties onto the cupcakes too…

Manchester United cupcakes for future hubby…
.
A pretty young lady ordered these Manchester United themed cupcakes for her fiance whom is a huge MU fancee. She did not tell me the occasion but I suspected it was for his birthday.
Initially she just wanted some simple and plain red based cupcakes with the yellow lettering but I personally felt they will look very boring and not worth her money. And that was why I came out with these…
And I was right about my judgement. She emailed me the very night thanking me and told me her fiance lurveeeeee those cuppies! It really made my day though I’m not a huge soccer fancee!
