It’s a Smiley Birthday

Personally, I like this theme!

This is the first time I did a 2-D cupcakes as most of my work are in 3-D or 4-D. The theme is such a happy one and since I love those smiley faces myself, I don’t have much problems making them. I was so tempted to do some 3-D or 4-D ones but it won’t have the same effect.

What is most important is, the customer love it! She ordered these cuppies for her friend’s birthday. So, I do hope the birthday girl are all smile when she receive these cuppies…

Sharing a doggie Birthday with Por-por

Little Yu Yan’s mommy ordered her these doggies cupcakes with a centre piece for her 2nd birthday earlier this month. Coincidentally she also shared the same birth date with her dear Por-por so her mommy decided to have a shared birthday cake for the occasion.

On that day the weather was very humid due to the rain and I have lots of problems keeping the sugar paste dry. I have to dust it every few minutes and that made me waste a lot of time. In fact the entire centre piece was about to melt when Yu yan’s mommy came to collect but there’s nothing much I can do as the humidity is eating the sugar paste! Hope all the decorations lasted through the little party they have the next day….

Kinky Cuppies for His Birthday

Guess not only my hubby the happiest person to get some boobies cupcakes! I have this really bubbly customer who ordered 2 dozens of kinky cupcakes for her boyfriend’s 24th birthday a few weeks back. It was supposed to be a surprise and the boyfriend even challenged her if she could ever find him such cakes in Penang.

Well… you may not be able to get these kinky cuppies from regular cake shops but you can from I-Love-Cupcakes!
