Thank you for liking our cupcake designs and placing your order with I Love Cupcakes!

As we normally customized designs for each and every order, we will charge depending on the complexities of each theme requested by our customers. This means, what you get for your cupcakes/cakes will never be the same with others… so it is considered as premium which stands out from those cakes you get from a regular cake shops.

Most of the materials used for the decorations are mostly (90%) imported. Though the ingredients for baking the cakes do not cost that much but the time we put in to come out with these creations and craft them with much details and patience is ‘priceless’. We treat every order with much heart and put in beyond 101% effort.

As a guide, here is how we charge:

  • 1 dozen of floral design cupcakes starts from RM70 (we used mainly imported sugar paste for the decorative so they cost more than regular buttercream flowers)
  • 1 dozen of repetitive theme (ladybirds, butterflies) starts from RM70
  • 1 dozen of random theme (soccer without human figurines) starts from RM70
  • 1 dozen (12pcs) of cartoon character themes (Hello Kitty, Snoopy) starts from RM80
  • 25pcs of theme cupcakes starts from RM150
  • 1 dozen cupcakes with a 7″ centre piece cake starts from RM180

Flavors

  • We will only bake in one flavor for 1 dozen of cupcakes unless there is a small request for another flavor on that day
  • You could have 2 flavors if your order is 2 dozens and above

.

For orders above RM100, we would required a minimum deposit of RM50 a week before the collection/delivery date (this is to discourage very last minutes cancellations as we normally purchased the ingredients in advanced as well as rejections of other orders for the same date).

If you would like to cancel your order(s), kindly inform us a week in advanced.

Penang Island only

  • Within Jelutong/Greenlane area - RM10
  • Air Itam, Bayan Lepas, Georgetown - starts from RM15
  • For other areas please get a quote from me through email

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we will not be able to take in any KL orders for now but should there be any changes, we will announce on this blog.
