Order Form
If you would like to order any cupcakes or cakes, kindly send us your requests in details via email. We will get back to you (within 48 hours) to confirm on designs, flavors and delivery as well as the collection of your cupcakes/cakes.
Kindly provide the following information:
- Your name
- Your contact No. (Mobile phone and house phone)
- Name of recipient(s)
- Occasion (birthday, anniversary, baby shower, full moon…)
- If for birthday, please provide the age of the birthday boy/girl
- Cupcake flavor & frosting (check here)
- Theme (for ideas, browse through my previous work)
- Quantity of cupcakes required (minimum 1 dozen)
- Special request (if any)
- Collection/delivery date & time
- If delivery, kindly provide recipient’s address and contact

We try not to take too many orders on the same day as this will affect our designs and workmanship quality. Therefore, we will only take up to 3 dozens a day unless you required repeated designs for your cupcakes. Normally we bake in the morning and frost/decorate the cupcakes in the afternoon (due to the high humidity and lack space, we seldom prepared in advanced all our sugar paste toppers).
Collection or delivery will be any time after 5pm or at the prearranged time.
For orders above RM100, we would required a minimum deposit of RM50 a week before the collection/delivery date (this is to discourage very last minutes cancellations as we normally purchased the ingredients in advanced as well as rejections of other orders for the same date).
